Service Description

Book to host intimate events like birthday dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, small events, and conferences. We have a 6 hour rental period time for events which includes, set up, event time, and breakdown. Additional hours may be added for $145/hour 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event date. Thank you for choosing Casa Cuore for your event! To ensure that your event and future events run smoothly, please review and adhere to the following policies: Food Removal: All food items must be removed from the premises at the end of the event. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all leftover food is taken out. Failure to remove food may result in an additional cleanup fee. Removal of Items: The client is responsible for removing any and all items they bring into the venue during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, decorations, equipment, personal belongings, and any other materials. Please ensure that all items are removed before the end of the rental period. Damage Responsibility: The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property during the rental period. Any damages will result in a reduction of the damage deposit based on the extent of the damage. If the cost of repairs or replacements exceeds the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the remaining balance. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside of the venue. Please ensure that all guests adhere to this policy. Timely Departure: All events must end at the designated end time. The client is expected to vacate the venue promptly. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $145 per hour for any time that exceeds the rental period. Damage Deposit: Damage deposit will be refunded in the original form of payment within 48 hours of the completion of your event. If needed, contact us.
